Terms & Conditions

 

1. A delivery charge of $83.10 will be applicable to all menus.

2. Hot food will be delivered hot at over 60 degrees and cold food at below 5 degrees.  I Cook Catering will not accept variation in temperatures once boxes are opened and if there are any delays in consumption.

3. Containers and equipment will be picked up within 2 working days of delivery, and any missing equipment will be charged to the client.  Any other arrangement must be made with our office prior to the delivery, otherwise it will be picked up within the standard 2 working day time frame.  We ask that all equipment be treated with care and respect.

4. Payment terms are strictly COD.

5. Due to occupational health and safety laws, we would ask that you offer to assist our driver when they are unloading.  This is not only for delivery but for pick up of equipment also.  If this is not possible, please let our customer service representative know, as we are able to provide an assistant for an additional $62.40 charge.

6. We will endeavour to arrive at the designated time, however, due to traffic and delivery contingencies we would ask that you would allow a 15 minute leeway for delivery.

7. At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of orders.  Should you wish to cancel your order with less than 24 hours notice, the entire cost of the function will be charged to your credit card.
